Have you been looking for a solution to manage your digital photos? Now that we are going on two decades of having digital photography, many people have digital pictures in many locations. Digital photo management can be a problem if you don’t have one home for all of your pictures.

Our Digital Photo Organization Package – 20 Hours – $2250
- Make an appointment to bring us your drives, camera cards, etc. or to make arrangements to ship them to us.
- Alternatively, we can connect with your computer to gather all of your photos from your computer and connected devices to one folder. Then we will upload it to our secure iDrive or Dropbox account for organization and deduplication on our computers at Pixologie. (If you have a different method in mind, let us know and we will see if we can work with you.) An additional $250 charge applies.
- You will receive back your photos organized in folders chronologically and/or by major category (career, vacations, etc) on an external hard drive and/or download to your computer. We will also provide complimentary upload to FOREVER® permanent storage if you choose.
- We will provide training on how to work with your organized digital files and add new photos you take.
Please keep in mind that digital photo organizing is a very detailed, time consuming process. With duplicate photos, we do not rely on software or artificial intelligence to choose the best photos. When comparing the duplicates, we look for the photos with the best size, metadata and quality to keep in your collection. If you have more than 50,000 photos or a complicated situation, additional hours may be necessary.
Some Tips For Your Digital Photos
With over 1 trillion photos being taken every year, it’s no wonder people are having troubles keeping up with their photos! Here are a few tips to keep your digital photos manageable:
- Review repetitive photos and keep the best ones
- Delete photos taken for information
- Save last month’s photos each month!
- Backup your photos routinely

- Ability to organize by folders or albums
- Editing of metadata
- Back-up features
- A user interface you love using! (You should use your program at least monthly, if not weekly!)
